Meet Christie

My name is Christie Schick, I am the owner/operator of PCM Collective Ltd & Primrose Collective out of the Comox Valley, British Columbia. I started my business by putting together a small Christmas craft fair in 2015 after returning from Maternity Leave with my second child in Victoria. I created this first fair in the hopes of supporting my local, small business community. From there it grew to Summer Markets, Children's Fairs and multiple Christmas Fairs. Getting to know so many small businesses located on beautiful Vancouver Island has been an amazing experience

I am proud to present the fairs and markets I have the pleasure of organizing past and present.

Woodgrove Artisan Market - 2021

Held at Woodgrove Shopping Centre in Nanaimo. This large artisan market is held outdoors in their main parking lot. This summer market holds over 70 local Artisans.

Spring - Wind & Willow Children's Fair

* Handmade children vendors and local Island businesses specializing in all things Baby, Children & Maternity.

Summer - Market in the Square & Eats & Beats Festival.

* Market in the Square is held in the historic Market Square in the heart of Downtown Victoria. June, July, August. One Friday a month.

*Eats & Beats Festival held in Colwood Bc. I have the pleasure of organizing the markets aspect of this fabulous community event that draws in over 5000 people each year. Held in July (date for 2019 to be determined)

Fall/Winter - Winter Fair Stop & Shop, Magic of Christmas craft fair & *NEW this year, Hillside Holiday Artisans Market.

* Winter Fair is held the second weekend in November. It is a handmade only market that is held in one of Victoria's local malls and runs through the halls. Winter Fair has been a wonderful addition to Tillicum Shopping Centre and has been extremely successful for vendors as well as to other customers. Looking forward to year 3!

* Magic of Christmas craft fair is my largest fair. With over 120 vendors in attendance. It is held at Eagle Ridge Arena in Langford BC over 3 days, the third weekend in November. The fair has been consistently growing for the past 4 years and we are excited to see what comes for year 5! By far the most popular fair in the Westshore, this event draws thousands from all over the island.

*Hillside Holiday Artisans Market - The new kid in the block. This is our first annual Christmas market, held in the halls of Hillside Shopping Centre. We will be accommodating up to 100 vendors..winding their way through the halls do the shopping centre. November 30th/ December 1st.
